Your leader will be judged individually because your pastor is doing something doesnt mean it is right , you will need to make sure it edifies with the word of God. It is the norm of the church for members to emulate everything the leader does which would serve as a barrier on the last day.
This race is individual and your entry to Heaven would not be because you belong to a certain religion group or because you are Pentecostal neither would it by your title , God is no respecter of persons so title would have no value on the last day.
When you emulate your leader and he /she realises at the point of death of the wrong and repent such individual would make Heaven while you continue and not repent based on the fact that since a man/ woman of God can do that , it is right . Some women / men of God have missed it, they are just enjoying past glory , some churches testimonies shown on television are testimonies of seven years which are repeated everyday on the screen , where are the latest one? will leave that for you to answer ,unknowingly to these men/ women of God that God had departed from them because they have taken their focus off God , there will be so many suprises on the Last day.
A thief that had committed so much atrocities repented on the cross and Jesus Christ told Him "You will be with me in paradise" can you imagine that! while his victims might live with an unforgiven heart and die without repenting .
