COMPROMISE IS NOT BAD

There are moral and ethical standards that cannot be compromised but when you can drawn the line to compromise ?. Without compromise disputes cannot be settled , so negotiations grind to a halt.A good marriage is maintained and strengthened by compromise. Parents that don't give their children a wiggle room are asking for trouble in teenage years. Siblings who don't compromise fight. It is much easier and safer to stand your ground to keep believing that your way is the only way to go and your plan is the only plan to follow but can lead to narrow mind .While pursuing true character don't miss wise compromise.
Give your heart permission to flex.Be tolerant of those who don't think like you , don't dress like you , don't care about things you care about , be tolerant of those whose fine points of theology differ from yours, whose worship style is different .Be tolerant of the young if you are old, and tolerant of the old if you are young.Jesus wants us to be people of faith, modeled in grace based on truth SHALOM
